DELIVERY DELAY
We are committed to processing your orders in 1 to 2 working days. However, in times of strong crowds, this period could be slightly extended, and we apologize in advance. Standard delivery times vary from 7 to 12 days.

Erroneous or modified contact details
We would be grateful to you to contact us immediately at the contact e-mail address located at the bottom of the site to be able to modify your order in time. If the package has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make changes. If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide the procedure to follow. Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
PARCEL TRACKING
We offer a shipment followed for each order. You can see the progress of your package directly on our page "Follow my order" accessible in the site menu. Please note that tracking information can take 3 to 5 days to be updated in the system.
Order not delivered after 25 days
It may happen that your order takes longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not have total control over the delivery process. Please contact us by email, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Command indicated delivered but not received
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors.
If 3 working days have passed since your package was marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please contact us by email.
Exchanges / Returns
RETURN POLICY
We have total confidence in our products, which is why we offer a 14-day right of return from receipt of your order, at no risk to you! Merchandise must simply be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Defective or damaged product
We replace an article only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, you will have to send us an email including a photo or video of the article by sharing your complaint. We will then contact you to settle the situation as soon as possible.
Refund of goods
Once your return is inspected, we will contact you to refund. The refund will be made on the means of payment used during your payment.
Return form
We are very aware of the impact on our planet. As part of our continuous sustainable development efforts, we create positive changes to contribute to a better future. These changes include the deletion of return papers and command invoices in packages.
You will see that it is not necessary to have these documents, which can be sent by e-mail.
It is therefore logical not to include them. We always strive to do what is right and improve our impact on the world around us.
Refund on another payment method
No, we can only deal with reimbursements to the initial payment method. The only alternative is to offer gift cards (credit) for the total amount of reimbursement.
After-sales service period
Our after-sales service undertakes to respond to your emails within 24 to 48 hours. However, please take into account that in periods of strong crowds, this expectation can exceptionally extend up to a maximum of a week.

Know my size
When you buy clothes from us, it is important to find your size. This is why you will find on each of the pages of our products an easy to follow sizes which will tell you where to measure. All you need is a tape meter!

TAKE MEASURES
For the chest tower: Position the tape meter at the point of the breasts.
For the waist: position the tape meter at the finest place of the bust.
For the hunches: position the ribbon meter at the widest place in the basin.
If you are between two sizes, take the upper size for a more relaxed outfit.

I ordered the bad size
You bought a garment from us and it doesn't suit you! Don't worry !
With us, the exchange of your garment is possible by learning of our "returns and reimbursement policy". With our satisfied or refunded warranty, you have 14 days to try your clothes (except certain clothes that cannot be returned).
❗️They, products intended for intimate use (underwear, etc.) as well as products subject to an exclusive minimum -50% reduction are not refundable (only partial reimbursements or product references can be performed according to cases)

I am between 2 sizes
If you have measured yourself and are between two sizes, always take the upper size rather than the lower size. Since our clothes are designed in a superior stretch fabric that marries the silhouette, the upper size should offer you a perfect adjustment and effective support.

Take care of clothes
Read the maintenance label: By doing so, you will avoid any washing, drying or ironing error in poor setting. Make sure you understand the meaning of symbols.
As a rule, follow the following indications:
- Most of our sports clothes are made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, elastane and polyester. It is this type of material that gives sufficient compression and a certain extensibility to our clothes. If washing is set to a high temperature, it may damage and shrink. Another advantage of low -temperature washing is that it is durable, the high temperature waste a lot of energy!
- Wash the clothes with similar colors, to avoid the transfer of colors to washing, especially for dark -color clothes.
- Put the clothes upside down (if applicable). Your clothes will be better cleaned because sweat, dead cells and bacteria accumulate and cause unpleasant odors.
- Do not whiten, do not dry the dryer, do not go back and do not clean dry. It is best to dry your clothes in the open air to preserve its elasticity, otherwise their lifespan will be reduced. This also helps reduce our greenhouse gas emissions!

Order
To succeed in placing an order on our site, you just have to:
1. Go to your favorite product.
2. Select the right color and good size.
3. Check the quantity ordered.
4. Click the "Add to basket" button.
5. Review all the items in your basket - If you are ready to finalize your order, click on "Get to cash".
6. Finalize your order by filling out all the necessary information on the payment page: customer data, delivery address, billing address, delivery method, payment information.
7. If you have a reduction code, write it at the payment stage.
8. Review your order once again, make sure you got the right item (product (s) chosen, quantity, color and size).
9. Click on "Finish command" to start the process for sending your package.

DISCOUNT CODE
The reduction codes are sensitive to breakage (capital, lowercase and space) and only one is applied by purchase.
You can apply it during the payment process, on the right side that describes your order. There is a box indicating "reduction code" ... Once you have entered this code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the delivery.
Accepted payment methods
We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro) as well as express payment options such as Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our basic motto is €, so if you buy from abroad, be sure to know the daily exchange rate of your currency at the time of the transaction.
Have you received a prepaid gift card? You can use it to pay your order.
We also offer a subsequent payment option by Klarna. Please note that these options are not express payment options as above, these subsequent payment options are at the end of the order process. This is the same page where you can pay with a credit card or debit bank.

Confirmation email not received
Please check your unwanted mail before contacting us.
If the email has still not been received and you have waited more than 15 to 20 minutes after carrying out the transaction, a member of the team will be happy to send it back to you.
Order processing time
Orders are processed according to the availability of items but also according to the availability of sizes and colors you order.
During the periods of high volume, the availability of the products can be modified during the processing of your order.
Most orders placed from Monday to Thursday are processed and start from our warehouses within 1 to 2 working days.
Orders placed on Friday or on weekends will be processed from Monday and will start from our warehouses within 2 to 3 working days.
Please note that orders are not processed during public holidays.
Article out of stock
Don't worry ! Although we regularly replenish our stock, it may happen that we are breaking. If this happens, send us an email and our assistance team will be able to tell you the date of our next product delivery.
